Our Story & Values

We are a locally owned business. We offer two grades of sushi, regular and premium. The premium sushi is flown in fresh each week. We also specialize in two styles of sushi. Traditional, Japanese style and New Mexico style. We also offer a fusion of Korean dishes. We have one of the largest assortments of sake in New Mexico, both cold and warm, sweet and dry, sparkling and non-sparkling. Finally, we are consistently voted one of the top restaurants in Albuquerque. We won The Albuquerque Journal Readers’ Choice “Best All Around Restaurant” competition in 2024 and 2025. We have also been rated the top restaurant in Albuquerque by Business Rate and Restaurant Guru. We achieve these high marks by focusing on TWO things--great food and great service.
